Born in the UK and currently splitting her time between Paris and New York, Hannah Murray has become a highly renowned and well respected international makeup artist. Formerly a ballet dancer, Murray’s discipline and attention to detail are reflected in her craft, at once meticulous and creative. Her work is often featured on the cover of American Vogue, as well as British, French and Italian Vogue, i-D, Self Service, AnOther and MAStermind, to name a few. She frequently collaborates with photographers including David Sims, Mikael Jansson, Paolo Roversi, Annie Leibovitz, Collier Schorr, Zoë Ghertner, and Craig McDean, and with brands including Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Bottega Veneta, Helmut Lang, and Jil Sander. She has lead teams on shows including Chloé, Hermés, Gabriela Hearst, John Galliano, Erdem, Helmut Lang, Sportmax, Ferragamo, Moschino, and Margiela to name a few. She is also experienced in beauty brand consultation, collaborating in product line development and brand strategies. She was at the heart of Topshop’s Makeup launch in 2010, and worked as their exclusive Make-up Consultant until 2016. In January of 2021, she was announced to be Bobbi Brown’s first-ever Global Artistic Director.
