Bill Mullen launched his editorial career at Details Magazine, where he was fashion director. His seven-year tenure led to collaborations with Annie Leibovitz, Richard Burbridge, Miles Aldridge, Jean Baptiste Mondino, Mikael Jansson and Bruce Weber. His provocative styling has appeared in American Vogue, Italian Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue, Numéro, Numéro Homme, Vanity Fair, T magazine, Men’s Vogue, and Man of the World where he recently held the position of Men's Style Director.
While an expert on fashion, Mullen brings his pop sensibility to the page. He is especially known for his innovative, stylish interpretations of fashion and for referencing film and street style. In addition to consulting young, up-and coming-designers, Mullen also has many years of experience working as the design consultant for Versace and Versus Men’s collections. Recent clients of Mullen's include Vera Wang, Anna Sui, Hugo Boss, Barneys New York and John Varvatos.
